Method for Bodyform & Posture is an anatomically substantiated posture and movement concept. In a correct posture of the skeleton, strength, flexibility and stamina are trained from inside the body, i.e. its deepest muscle layers.
With lots of fun, this workshop will focus primarily on strength training of the pelvic floor muscles, abdomen and back. Relieving joints, tendons and ligaments, loosening the bodies facia and allowing lower organs a place to comfortably reside. As a result you will feel upright, light, above all powerful and self-confident.
Perfectly effective in managing Pelvic floor weakness, back pain, flaccid abdominal muscles. The body-therapeutic method straightens the body, strengthens the neglected muscles and can help at any age!
