1. CANCELLATIONS BEFORE COURSE START
A full refund is provided for cancellations made in writing at least 20 working days before the course start date.
Cancellations made between 20 working days and 7 working days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 working days before the course start date are non-refundable.
Courses are non-transferable.
2. REFUNDS AFTER COURSE START
Tuition is based on enrollment in the program and reservation of a place in the class, not on individual attendance.
No refunds, credits, discounts, or adjustments shall be issued for any unattended or unused portion of the term once the course has begun.
Any lessons not attended within the applicable enrollment term are deemed forfeited and are not eligible for refund, credit, or transfer.
3. ATTENDANCE POLICY
Missed classes are not eligible for make-up, credit, or refund.
Participation in classes is the responsibility of the family. All absences, including illness, holidays, or personal scheduling conflicts, cannot be made up or refunded.
4. SCHOOL CANCELLATIONS / OPERATIONAL CHANGES
The school reserves the right to cancel classes due to instructor illness or unforeseen facility circumstances. In such cases, replacement lessons will be scheduled at the school’s discretion.
5. GENERAL TERMS
Submission of the enrollment form and participation in classes constitute the participant’s acknowledgment and acceptance of all school policies and terms, forming a binding contractual agreement.
Enrollment is valid solely for the student named on the registration form and is non-transferable.
NOTE:
There are no refunds, credits, adjustments, or postponements for illness, injury, or family emergencies for School Year Courses or Workshops.
We recommend that families review their personal insurance coverage prior to enrollment to ensure adequate protection in the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting participation.
