* Tuition includes all dance classes, activities, crafts, materials and outdoor program. Children must bring their own sack lunch and snacks daily. Meals are not provided due to hygiene reasons.

A 50% deposit is required to save your Childs spot within 5 working days of Enrollment. Our standard cancelation policy applies. In the event the COVID-19 restrictions are not lifted or re-enacted at a later date and the camp does not take place, All deposits and payments are refundable in this case.

POLICIES

Season courses for Children & Adults are reserved by filling in our online enrollment form for Kids or Adults. Payments of courses are due in full upon enrollment, prior to the beginning of the course. Filling out the enrollment form and attending the course is an indication of willing participation and binding contractual obligations to our policies. Registration is for the person on the enrollment form and cannot be transferred to another Adult or Child.

Registrations for season courses after the start date are possible, with a maximum deduction of 3 lessons maximum from the tuition fee.

Recitals are held in the spring, on odd number years, for course groups ages 3-14. Courses with younger participants are invited to the recital but do not have presentations. A total of two class days will be subtracted from each group and supplemented by the Recital day. Recital fees determined yearly and communicated accordingly to registered participants. On even number years we offer an in studio Open Lesson & Fete.

PAYMENT

Enrollment and participation in any course, workshop or dance camp at The Studio, is full payment upon enrollment, in advance of the commencement date, via bank transfer. Paypal payments with a credit card can also be made; please contact us via email to request a pay pal invoice. Paypal payments carry a 5% surcharge. Once payments are received, a confirmation of enrollment is sent to you.

WORKSHOPS & SPECIAL EVENTS

The Studio offers special workshops throughout the year for children & adults. Registration for is the same process as for Yearly Courses. Please fill out the online Enrollment Form. For Children workshops, there are no sibling discounts applied.

KIDS DANCE DAY CAMPS & OVERNIGHT DANCE CAMPS

We offer Camps during the Winter holidays, Spring Holidays and Summer. Dance Camps Day Camps are for children 4-8 years, although we occasionally take younger children. Our overnight camps are for children ages 4-10. To enroll your child in dance camp, please fill out the Kids Enrollment Form. Full Payment of camp tuition is due to confirm registration.

If there are sick days during the season you/child can make up a maximum of 5 classes based on space availability in other courses. Requests for makeup lessons are made in writing via email, with your alternate choices. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. Please note that it is not possible to carry over missed lessons into future seasons. Thus all makeup lessons must be undertaken during the Season that you are registered. If your selected alternatives are full, or all classes are full, then the missed lessons will be forfeited. No refunds will be granted or any other supplementary compensation of time or services.

OVERNIGHT DANCE CAMPS

A full refund is provided for cancelations made in writing one month prior (20 working days) to camp start date. 50% refund for cancelations two weeks prior to the camp start date, and no refunds, for any reason, after that time frame. If you need to change camp weeks along the way, we will do our best to accommodate your selection, based on availability and if a second camp week is offered.

While it is not possible to offer Make-up Days during Dance Day Camps, if your little one is ill and misses a camp day, we will do our best to find another camp week based on availability, with a maximum of 2 makeup days offered. If all camp weeks are full, or no second camp week is offered, no refunds will be granted or any other supplementary compensation of time or services.

SEASON COURSES for Children & Adults

A full refund is provided for cancelations made in writing one month (20 working days) before the course start date. 50% refund for cancelations seven working days before the course start date, and no refunds, for any reason, after that time frame. Courses are non-transferable. If you need to change class selection along the way, we will do our best to accommodate your choice, based on availability.

If you are ill during the season, you can make up a maximum of 5 classes based on space availability in other courses. Requests for makeup lessons are made in writing via email, with your alternate choices. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. Payment is required within one week of Submitting the Enrollment Form to confirm registration of your Childs place in the Camp. Overnight camps are non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this policy due to the binding agreements required with providers and staff. If we have a waiting list and another child can take the place of the cancelation, we will do our best to fill the open slot. In the case that a child is found to take the place of a cancelation, a refund will be issued for the tuition of the cancelation with the deduction of a 25% service charge. The Studio is however not obligated to find a replacement nor can we guarantee that a replacement will be found. Any replacement must adhere to the Enrollment conditions.
